Apparently Bill Gates can do it, and we had the ability to kill hurricanes back in 1967. They (the government) can also create hurricanes too. Wow.
What would Obama gain by making this hurricane, did Jones even wonder that? He is not in states campaigning whee he wanted to be, like Florida and Ohio, so wouldn't this hurt him?

That guy is way too ****ing obnoxious. Sure they can seed clouds and do some cool stuff, but if it were so easy, cheap and effective, don't you think insurance companies would do this instead of paying out billions in claims?

I posted this somewhere else, and several people actually agreed with Jones that the technology to make a hurricane stronger existed, which surprised me.
Yeah not sure I buy that cloud seeding can create a hurricane quite like Sandy. Was big in the 60's, do not hear much about it nowadays, would think it would be in the public news more often if it was still practiced.
AFAIK, only rain clouds have been made. I think China did this for the olympics.

No. To F1VENOM: cloud seeding would not do anything to affect the strength of a hurricane, they're not driven by cloud cover.
