File and dremel. I'm not a noob to call it milling
And yeah, I'll be posting a thread in there. Going to attempt a window if possible, but I doubt there is a gas-free space in the bolt. Gotta look it over in person.

Not enough room between the can and solenoid to file a window I think. Hmm, if anything you should try the old school ripper milling

I don't think there is enough meat on even the goes bones to pull it off. The sides on a Geo1 are pretty thin as they are. But believe me, I will try.

And I didn't mean a "g6r esc" window, more like a bolt window

no biggie man. I know that feel. I'm trying to wrap up a paper, a take home exam, and a six-sigma project. It's going to be a long night.

Chris noddings did a windowed luxe and then pooty made it special anno and all his upgrades. Only problem is the 2.0 bolt won't work in it. Something about the gas flow. I've never seen a windowed geo. but I'm
Thinking if it could be done. Someone would've done it by now. Almost like the shux. It's been done and now noone does them much. I haven't seen one for sale in awhile

I don't think you're talking about the right guy. CS900 is the one who did the windowed luxe.
None the less, it will be done. mark my words

no, the geo uses the body to hold the dump chamber volume. you cut a hole in the side of the body and you'll have a massive leak. Its the same issue you have with the luxe 2.0 bolt engines.
