So what are your favorite sushi items that have cooked seafood?
I don't know my sushi terms so I don't know if its cooked or uncooked by the words you use.

I love california rolls, spicy crab, spicy shrimp, and virtually all tempura (crunchy) rolls.

I know you said before you were not a big seafood person. But a shrimp tempura or tempura roll is really good. Soft shell crab roll is great, I dont care for the cooked salmon rolls, seem to dry all the time I tried them. Fresh water eel with sweet sauce is good, crab rolls are light and naturally sweet tasting. none of those have that fishy taste or oily taste

I wish I had leftovers, meant to cook dinner last night for the purpose of leftovers but got tied up with other things.
Going to have to pick something up for lunch and nothing sounds especially good.
Training for the half marathon really screws with my schedule.
We run on MWFS so its hard to work later on those days (I need to average 44 hrs/week), because we like to run in daylight. I can work from home after running, but by the time I leave work, get home, run and eat its like 8pm and I have no desire to jump back on my computer. Then the days we don't run are the days we do anything else that we didn't get done on running days, cleaning the apartment/laundry or whatever.
I'll be glad when we're done with this thing. She's going to do another after but I am not.

Seafood has really grown on me in the last year or two, I just am not going to eat it if its uncooked.
I love crab cakes, so anything with cooked crab I'm probably interested in trying.
Eel sounds freaky to eat.

I'm going to Vermont for New Years and I want to eat legit seafood when I'm up there, Maine lobsters and whatever else because it will be fresh up there compared to Texas.

I'd say at least half of the sushi rolls offered around here are actually cooked. You will want to avoid sashimi though.
It's not bad. I love fried calimari with a sweet sauce as well.

I like calamari but I normally eat the circular ones (cuts of tentacle maybe?) and avoid the ones that straight up look like squids with little tentacles coming off them
