If you look at the MSDS, it contains by weight 60-80% petroleum solvent (thinner/penetrant, flammable) 10-30% propellant (propane/butane, also very flammable) and only 1-5% silicone lubricant.
100% silicone grease is non flammable and safe for tank regulators, it's the solvents that are flammable. And although they may dry quick, it's not something I would recommend.
