Well the body set screws were screwed in at weird depts and I unbuilt it and then built it again only better. So ha.
Strangely I have noticed that the tolerances on this gun are on point. Bolt OD's and ID's are perfect, trigger and pin are perfect with zero play (which is really weird for a Dye gun, normally UL triggers wobble all over the place) all the threading is tight but not sticky or sharp. It does look like a mill took a couple bites out of where the forward back cap o-ring sits, but I've seen that before and it doesn't cause any issues.
What's weird though is it looks like the original barrel back was machined off center or one side of it spent too much time on a buffing wheel, the "dye" on one side is super faint with the "e" barely visible at all, and the teardrops on the back portion of that side are shallow as well. Never seen this before. The bore and threading is straight though and I use my Ti anyways. Just wish I had the matching bronze tip, it came with a black one.
