Yea definitely get yourself a pair of cleats, believe me you'll see a noticeable difference when you play. I got a pair of Nike land shark2 football cleats. It's a mid top cleat which is the perfect blend of ankle support and flexibility, and if you have a wide foot like I do it fits so comfortably. I got them for $45 brand new so it's a great deal for a great pair of cleats.

Yeah, I played in my old Land Sharks until they were worn out, but have used Adidas since then. I would suggest cleats in any type of play.

I'd have to disagree. For woods, I use some boot/shoes (kinda half and half) and I step on twigs and branches and it feels like grass

I actually picked up a pair of the Exalt TRX cleats, and I have to say they were worth it.

I toyed with buying just some soccer cleats, but I decided I play in a variety of field conditions when I play (indoor carpet during the summer, grass, turf and dirt) due to the variety of AZ fields... and I wanted to be able to work with that.

They definitely make a difference. Well worth the cash.

aha YES! i used a pair of landsharks for like 5 years before i finally grew out of them! lol...then picked up a pair from walmart, but ripped through those in a matter of months....picked up a pair of Addidas Soccer cleats for $40 at Dicks Sporting Goods, and they have helped tremendously! wether running to the back dorito, or s1 off break, it helps if you dont slip!
