Good replacement G6r board?
Friend's got a 2011 G6r that has a fried board. (Dived in a puddle in a tourney, 2nd hand owner so no warranty), and I'm looking to pick it up from him.
What's a good board you guys can recommend?
Reliability and ease of use are big selling points for me.

$300 for a broken 2011 is too good to pass up.
Nothing wrong with a 2011 gun anyways. Hell, the old gen 3's are still some of my all time favorite markers and I still use them to this day.

Stock board is nice, or try and get hold of Ebisu board.
Or your other option is a OLED virtue board.

How's the virtue? I heard it uses a smaller lithium battery so it all fits in the frame.
I normally prefer Tadao over Virtue, but for $195, an OLED would be nice.

Tim might be able to get you a 2k12 frame and board for you so you'd get the better ASA and the OLED also. Depending on what boards you're looking at that might not be THAT much more expensive, especially if you are considering the Virtue OLED.

I would do the virtue redefined board. Have it in my DM's and I love it.

Was it the LED or OLED Virtue boards that were cooking noids? Be careful if you go that route.

Thanks guys. I talked to Tim. I may just go that route.
I only looked at the Virtue OLEDs since I figured they'd be far cheaper than 2012ing it.

The Ebisu board has run great in my G6R. More adjustability than one could need, a select fire mode for scenario games, etc. I love the ability to update software and adjust settings on the computer too.

Unless their board fries your noid in which case you're out $80 because Virtue's warranty doesn't cover marker noids.

Stock board or Ebisu. Can't beat Tadao's CS. In the rare event there's a problem, Cookie will take care of you

Ebisu board. USB programmability, select fire availability, doesn't fry noids, and Will is a great guy.
