I used to have one of Versteegs sticks from when he played with the Hawks. **** had a ridiculous flex.

I know it's from the Green Mile, but that movie and Paul Coffey aren't even close in reference. One of the best defensemen to play, IMO.

I'd say **** composite sticks but then again I'm a goalie. I can't justify spending $200+ on one stick.

I was given a x:60 p92 curve 87 flex that my uncle found on sale durin the summer for a late bday present, like it a lot cause of how freakin light it is but can't see myself waisting 250 on one let alone another once it breaks.

I have a random wood Nike stick that says Numelin, or close to that, on the side. It's a lefty and I shoot right.

A lot of players that are right handed will shoot left and vice versa.

There's this guy in the town I live in who gets broken sticks from college players in the states. He does an unreal job cutting, plugging, and putting them back together. Sounds weird but you can get sick sticks for a good price. And I only notice the wood plug occasionally, just have to pick a stick with it up higher so it doesn't affect the flex so much.

I had a friend that played for the Gophers. I almost forced myself to become left handed because he would get sticks for free and give them away all the time. Alas I couldn't do it, bit the bullet and picked up an RBK3k stick which I later replaced with a Warrior AK. The 3k was very meh, but I LOVE the AK. It was also on sale for like 50% off on hockeygiant when I got it.

Yeah we have a father of a student that does that. He works for the Hershey bears and does it as a side job with their sticks.
