PGA refers to the technique used to apply the graphics to the body. It maintains the same features of the 2012 with milling differences.

I sent my '12 in to get fixed. Talked to a tech about the '13, he said milling is changed (obvious), but he also said it is sleeker, lighter, and more air efficient. Nothing major, but there is a change from the '12 to the '13.
