I personally like the Empire Fast Packs. They're not being produced anymore,
but you still can find them around, some of them even new in box. I really
like the fact that they have no "ejectors" and they also have no "cups" for
the pods, just loops. That means it's possibly the smallest pack available,
not only on your body, but also inside your gearbag, they use almost no
space whatsoever. To me that's more important than any other features.
They're still pretty confortable and can also take a beating, I've been using
the same one since 2008, almost every weekend. And if you can find one
of the "hinge" ones with no ejectors, those are the best imo, by a mile.

ANS has the Fast pack and the Hinge pack for sale. So if you ever feel like getting a new one go to them. Dynasty loves these packs for some reason, I prefer the Sly Pro-Merc as a back/mid player it feels good to know I can go from a light load to a heavy load for laning and not feel the difference. Packs with back support like the Pro-merc are always a plus.

Oh if price is your main concern look at the Valken packs I use my Valken Fate 4+3 every once in a while and its just as good as an NXE for only 22$

If you are the type of person who dives or hip slides a lot, then I recommend you get a pack with loops that hole the pods in at the bottom (i.e not a fast pack). I can't tell you how many pods of paint i've lost on slides because of that.
I loved my dye attack pack, but NXe/eclipse packs are great too.

I'll throw another vote up for NXe packs. Mine has been through hell and is still a great pack.

idk why ppl like nxe packs so much. ive used one for the past year and hated every second of it. it came apart pretty easily. only reason it lasted as long as it did was b/c i didnt play much this year

I just got this pack and it is so agg. It's amazing. It's leather and suede almost. It doesn't get hot and it fits even someone with like a 44 inch waist. It's super duper comfy too.

NXE all the way, not even a question. They are one size fits all. This can be a good thing for YG's, because most of us are still growing. I prefer the 4+3+2 but I play back insert so I use A LOT of paint. Up to you completely though
