stoopid/phishers! made a deal to trade for this Shocker, sent a partial PayPal payment on January 20th, I shipped(January 21st) and he received the Shocker(January 28), then a week later decided he didn't want it.
After two weeks without ANY communication from him, he said he wanted to send it back to me and to have a refund.

The last time I heard from him was February 12th, he apologized for the lack of communication saying that his son uses his PBN account and he has been traveling for work, and would send the Shocker back after I refunded his PayPal payment and gave him my mailing address(multiple times). I refunded the payment that night and he promised to ship my Dynasty Shocker back to me before going out of town on the Thursday, which would have been Feb 14th.

That was over two months ago. I have received no package in the mail, and have not had any communication back from him at all. Since then, I have sent him multiple PM's, and even sent an e-mail to the account he used for PayPal, and I have gotten nothing back.
He hasn't even opened the PM's that I sent him. I feel like I've been scammed as he still has my Dynasty Shocker that I paid to ship, and I haven't gotten anything from the deal.

I wanted to trust him because of his great feedback record, but the lack of communication is completely unacceptable and I've already waited far too long to finish this deal. I need one of two things to happen:
either:
1. He sends my Shocker back to me and provides tracking info
2. or he sends a PayPal payment to purchase the Shocker that has been in his hands for the past two months

if anybody knows how to contact him, please let him know that I'm still waiting. Thanks PBN.
