The field layout will be up and playable during open play on the 8th. There will NOT be any discounts outside of normal season pass pricing. |

Can someone enlighten some newbies and explain exactly how the playing format will work, match lengths, etc? Aiming for this to be my first PSP tourney. Reading the PSP rules is about all i have. Is this a RaceTo-X event? And feel free to laugh at the noob.

No worries.
Basically all core rules are modern PSP with modifications related to roster size, field dimensions, and criteria unique to indoor paintball (for example, protected paint color is WHITE).
This is NOT a race-2 event. It is APPA "traditional" which means its round-robin prelims and matches are score based. All play-offs are head-to-head best of 3.
All basic rules and expectations will be covered in the captains meeting which is mandatory for one rostered player to attend. Captains meeting will be held 15 minutes prior to prelims.
