its not just the pressure. that's not the big deal. problem is he makes himself GM and fancies himself a great talent evaluator. He isn't. He brought Parcells in for a little while, and Parcells drafted a few studs, then when hie left it has steadily gotten worse. JJ, like most owners who think they know everything about football, tend to bring in the flashy guys like TO, Dez Bryant, and Pacman Jones thinking they will straighten them out. Then they enable them the whole time until they are suspended by the league.

not disagreeing at all, just saying he puts stupid pressure on his ****ty team on top of all this other crap.
and rings dont mean ****, dilfer has a ring and he cannot even be mentioned on the same page as peyton. eli might be more clutch than peyton but sorry, peypey has operated on a completely different level. the only person you can compare to him is montana IMO

i think dilfer is very intelligent and knows the game well but he just did not have the physical ability. he was not bad by any means and was capable but he is not an elite guy by any stretch of the word
