Has anyone tried? Usually these Taiwanese Spyder clones have pretty wide compatibility.

I haven't taken apart a Vexor gripframe, but assuming it's anything like the other Spyder clone gripframes I've worked with, the two easiest ways to improve it would be to install forward and rear trigger stops to take out the slop in the trigger pull. The rearward stop is easiest- a small piece of macroline or plastic tube cut to just the right length and placed inside the trigger spring will stop the trigger from traveling past the release point. There are a couple different ways to do the forward stop, but the cheapest I found was to locate the point on the bottom of the body directly beneath the front of the trigger and to scotch tape a small nut or washer there so that it contacts the tip of the trigger and pushes it down slightly, close to the point where the sear engages. A more involved method for either mod would be to thread the frame and/or body for adjustable trigger stops.
