New Etha Bolt From TECHT.

Hey Guys Wanted to give you a heads up. We had been getting a lot of requests for an Etha Bolt. We here at TECHT really like the Etha hope this makes you guys like it even more. Here it is. If we had to describe it in a word..."SMOOTH" If you have any questions please feel free to email. Hope you guys like it!

TECHT MRT Bolt for the Planet Eclipse Etha

The TECHT MRT(MASS REDUCTION TECHNOLOGY) Etha Bolt has been engineered to maximize efficiency, and consistency. By reducing the weight of the bolt by over 58% we were able to obtain a much smoother cycle. We were also able to gain another 20-25 fps. The TECHT Etha MRT Bolt utilizes the stock Etha Bolt rubber tip (not included). As with all of our products it carries a Full Lifetime Warranty.

The TECHT MRT Etha Bolt utilizes a slightly softer spring which was made specifically for it's overall weight. We saw increases of 20-25 FPS gain when changing out the stock bolt for the MRT Bolt. Our increase in efficiency is due to the combination of the lighter overall weight and softer spring. The sound signature is also greatly reduced when adding the MRT Bolt due to the lower operating pressure and internal air distribution.

The Planet Eclipse Etha is a great shooting gun right out of the box for tournament players and scenario players as well. The TECHT MRT Bolt for the Etha makes a great shooting gun even better by making it more efficient, smoother, and quieter. The MRT Bolt for the Etha makes a great Gun Better!

Comp testing?

As so bluntly posted above...
some video testing would be nice... the sound, efficiency, consistency claims would do well for me to justify the $54 and change price tag.

Once again techt you have put patent pending on this product. There is nothing patent pending on this bolt I'm sure the US patent office would be interested in this......

Has a patent been filed? I'm not worried to check.
Is the ITEM marked Patent pending? just reading that wiki...
Did someone wake up in the wet spot again? I hate when I do that!!

I don't get the fuss here... maybe the they are pending a patent on the * or the page design, or or...

ok. I'm done.

They may have filed a "design patent" - this could cover the specifics of their bolt/spring. Really, it would just discourage someone from copying their design to-the-t. Design patents are typically used for aesthetic features, such as the home button on an iphone.

Regardless, props to them. I'll say "purchase, pending" some validation of the $55 price tag.

Has anyone tried one of these yet? A video review would be great. I,ll buy one if just half of the claims are true.

I ordered one and received it yesterday. I dry fired with stock and then dry fired with the Techt bolt and it was a stark contrast. Very smooth cycling with the Techt bolt as compared to stock. I'll try to use it this weekend and report back if I am able to play.

We should have the videos up this next week guys- sorry about the delay.
The biggest thing about this bolt is just how smooth it makes the gun shoot. You should see gains (depending on paint to barrel match and quality of paint) in the 20-25 FPS Range. I have had some tests with crappy paint where I got only 15 FPS gain. Sound signature will decrease proportionally with the pressure drop.
Hope this helps- again videos should be up next week.
Thanks guys.

Thanks for the update. Would you recommend any changes to dwell, etc? Or is the bolt literally a drop in replacement, stock settings and everything.
