Work on your upper body and core, it will help you run and gun better lanes. Calm the **** down when you get in the snake. Good job on being aggressive, but I feel that you were too aggressive when you went to their side of the snake, because you had too many shots in on you, when you could have focused on shooting the Doritos when you were in that 50 snake. When you wrapped, you should have know that there was a back corner, and not have wrapped.
If you want a cheap way to work on running and gunning, take two small styrofoam cups or even two red solo cups (only using that term because everyone knows there size and shape) and fill them with water, almost to the top, or even to the top. Practice "running and gunning" with the cups of water, and run like you would in a match (same length). Don't try and go crazy fast at first, work on getting the stability down, then gradually increase your speed. It will work your core and even a little upper body, both of which are big factors in running and gunning, and being able to shoot good lanes while running.
