Its the same width as our 68 bottle and just under an inch longer. I dont see a problem with it but they may look a little stretched out. If anyone tries a 68 cover, let us know how it goes please. I know standard tank butt covers like the Ninja Tank Grips made by Exalt have a very nice fit.

i have the 77cc dura tank and i can confirm the 68 covers that are strechy fit on them. i have the PE 68cc camo cover fits perfect.

welcome and i love it! it replaced my 45/4500. so it was a big jump for me. and pro reg is sweet and consistant. got that baby adjusted perfect for easy filling access.
