This thing is pretty awesome, and the perfect counterpart to the spire. Considering how there is a trade in program, I would definitely jump on this speedfeed.

To make a point against what another user said, the fingers are quite durable (I got bunkered in the snake and got shot a few times in the speedfeed with no breakage. Sadly, the paint in the spire was cream and butter.) And in terms of feeding balls, I can put a single ball on top as gently as I can, and it still goes in. And because its a firm plastic, there is nearly a 0% chance of a ball falling out.

Yes its expensive, but the fact that they are allowing a trade in program is generous enough. Most companies, if they do allow a trade in program, only have a window of 1-2 weeks to trade a product in.

More parts = more chance of breaking something. Plus, hard plastic? Yeah, that won't break ever...

I'll stick with my rubber speedfeed, thanks.

Cause the rubber ones never break

We will have more details soon, but I will add these fingers have a lifetime replacement warranty.

Well there you go folks. Doing it as L.L. Bean does it.
$45 for a lifetime speedfeed.

Done, and DONE. $10, and my old speedfeed is in the mail Virtue.

Why would any of you that bought a spire expect a "deal" or return? You bought what was being sold and tough crap if you didn't like it. That's like saying back when dye came out with the UL grip that everyone that had a previous model should get one (a UL frame) for next to nothing or free.

I'm not expecting a deal but I am very thankful for the trade up they are allowing on the new feed. I am really looking forward to next week so I can start my trade in process. It's good to see virtue listened to the complaints, fixed the problem, and offered a trade in to current owners. Many companies would just chalk it up to user error and be done with it, so it's refreshing to see this kind of support for players.

Everyone they work very well. I had one to use in Las Vegas and had no issues what so ever. They are the best ugrade for the spire speed feed. You will definitely want this product. I am not BS anyone here; been doing this way to long and you guys want a straight answer
