Drills/things to do on break at work?

I like a lot of others I am reading from have just got back into paintball after 5-6 year break. In this break I also was in a serious car accident and was unable to walk for basically a year. Needless to say I don't move as well as before and I'm only 26 :'( But I was looking at trying to do some drills or training type things I can do at work on my breaks without my gun. I work in a warehouse so I have space to run and do things of that nature but I wasn't sure if there was anything other than running to build up a cardio that I could do on my breaks or even around the house without using my gun. I have done and will continue to "Snap shoot" in a mirror to help but what other things can be done?
Thanks in advance for any feedback I get.

Push-ups, sit-ups, squats, things of that nature will help tremendously. If you aren't worried about carrying a heavy gun around, you will move a lot better and without tiring as quick.
You can also walk a pencil to improve trigger speed and consistency. Basically hold the pencil between your thumb and index finger on your left hand and walk your right fingers on it. Switch hands.
That's all I know of, that's really all I can do at school, too.
Fellow Ohioan, I see! Rock on!

Do planks to strengthen your core, wall sits to strengthen legs and back, and you will have made great use of your break. The wall sits help to strengthen the muscles used when you are partial squatting during snap shot battles, and the planks will help with torso rotation.

D'oh!
I forgot the plank. This is an excellent, easy exercise that does help tremendously. Even a minute or two will help you tremendously.

First, I'd make sure you could do that at your job.

Then, do all your standard exercises. The **** they had you do in physical therapy that allowed you to become mobile again. Thats what you should continue to do. All it does is build up strength.
