Push-ups, sit-ups, squats, things of that nature will help tremendously. If you aren't worried about carrying a heavy gun around, you will move a lot better and without tiring as quick.
You can also walk a pencil to improve trigger speed and consistency. Basically hold the pencil between your thumb and index finger on your left hand and walk your right fingers on it. Switch hands.
That's all I know of, that's really all I can do at school, too.
