I have a g6r just got my LP tank, when I read how to sweetspot a reg and it said to back out the LPR or w/e I loosened it and the pressure was so high that I believe I blew out the gauge (rests at 80 PSI when no air is in it). So I was wondering what would be a good range to start at for my HPR. That way I just set my HPR then adjust LPR to chrono speed. I HAVE LP POPPET

Also, if i would like a quiet shot, do I up HPR or LPR or what should I do? I HAVE LP POPPET

And finally, this may be a dumb question, but when I plug in my pressure tester, it is to large so the barrel doesn't fit on the gun. Is this normal? Thanks

You can't have the barrel on with the pressure tester.

Try 75/180 for your pressure. If you sweetspotted your reg's then there is no need to reset your pressures.
