Hey guys i was wondering if you have any suggestions where to get some test subjects or different finishes a local hydro-dipping company has a ton of finishes available to them and i wanted to know what they would look like so i thought why not get some stuff dipped.

If you are looking to send them small pieces to do for you and then compare I think most guns are made of aircraft grade aluminum. But before you do call them and see if they have samples already you could look at.
yeah im over on CC and one of the millers is willing to send me some cut offs so once i get the opportunity and get everything in ill be emailing the sales person and sending my parts in. after i get the tests done and get a price for my marker ill start seeing if dipping or anno is cheaper, something like that wildfire im sure would be expensive as an anno
