Re: A word to the wise.....

This is for any Eclipse marker owners that are heading to the World Cup later this week.....

Please ensure that you have registered your marker for warranty PRIOR to going via:

Once you have done this, if you have a proof of purchase (receipt) that you can take a picture of, please email me this to: and I will gladly extend your warranty period to 12 months from the date that you purchased the marker.

Markers that are not registered, or are no longer covered under warranty will show up on our system as such and will be subject to charges for any parts required.
