And in the NT if you use lots of lube it will go everywhere on the bolt specially on the path of the air that shoots the ball - therefore you will be NOT shooting straight because you´re going to have lube on the eyepipe, on your barrel, etc..
Actually, when I do maintenance on my gun before a important match or event, I relube everything, put the bolt back in the gun, remove the eyepipe and dry fire a bit, then I remove the bolt again and wipe the excess of lube that will appear in some places.
