i got one today for $43 shipped opened the box and it had all the other stuff he had piled next to it...... gloss black cp on/off, sft freak back, fittings,cp flame drop. took the valve apart oiled reassembled shot great.

Anyhow, i finally got home, air'd it up, and it shoots like a dream
Only problem with the gun is some pretty intense scratching on the body, but i'm thinking i'll just take the paint off and polish it up real nice (is it aluminum, or stainless? and would polishing it be a good idea?).

Regardless, I've found my new favorite gun

Should be stainless. They were teflon coated not painted. A lot harder to remove.

Didn't read the whole thread but I got a factory anno'd Minimag from AGD back in 1994 or so and it had the same parts anno'd so that is most likely a factory job. Mine was gold where yours is purple with the same black body.
