Halo Help

I took my halo apart to clean. I put it back together and all of a sudden it wont turn on. I can get the led to light up, sometimes red sometimes green but no action. I have replaced the batteries (twice) and checked all wiring connections with a volt meter, everything shows a connection but no motor. Has anyone ever had this happen????/

Make sure you didn't turn the plugs upside down to the board and or switch them for that matter also this happens sometimes with pinched wires

Check the voltage at the motor. Should be around 5v. Also check the eyes.
