I have a DP F7. I want to make sure it's working before I go to a field wednesday(1 Hr away), but all I have are Co2 tanks. I have 2 cheap ones that are full and pre-filled. No HPA in my tank and nowhere close to get it filled. I want to fire 15 shots max with it to make sure everything is going smoothly, but will it damage my gun?

No! Even if you ramp it all it'll it will be fine.

DO NOT use co2 with your gun. The co2 will RUIN the solenoid of your gun. Never use co2 with electronic marker for that reason.

I would only recommend it if the owners manual that came with your marker states you can use HPA and CO2. If you can use CO2 with your particular marker, I would highly recommend using it with an anti-siphon tube only.

As pbkidminion stated, CO2 can ruin the noid along with other things inside electronic markers.

Lots of info here. If you want to fire it, slowly, and I do men no more than one shoot every five or so seconds, then you may, and I do mean may, be okay. But if you rapid fire it at all, then you are going to get CO2 into the solenoid, which will freeze up, and blow the solenoid.

It does say not to use it, I guess I'll hold off until I get some more info.

If it says not to use it then don't use it. There's nothing further to research honestly. If you use it and you damage/break something you're going to be paying full price for a repair and no warranty service if you have a warranty still.
Doing anything outside of the manufacturers recommendation with their product is grounds for them not honoring a warranty. Or charging you out the wazoo for a repair and not cutting you any slack or possible replacement parts at discount.

It stinks when you can't use something to try out or just test but at this point you know it says not to use it and I would just bag the idea. If for any reason just to save yourself a headache and money should something fail with only those few shots, as improbable as that may sound, Co2 is the bane of nearly all electronic markers.
