Upgrading board on 2k2 Species w/LED frame.
I just picked up a 2k2 species that still has a SOB 2.0.2a LED board in it. Apparently this is crappy board. I was informed that a WAS or Frenzy board would be a cheap upgrade. I am however confused a little. Most if the boards that I have seen in BST's come with a LCD display but my frame is for an LED board. Will these boards work without the display being hooked up and still display the correct colors on the LED?
