So, I've always heard awesome things about the Alias, and seeing as I hadn't owned a BL marker (or, even, a decent poppit marker) before, I figured it would be a good, and cheap, place to start. I've sweet spotted it, etc... it shoots great.

Now, keep in mind I have 0 experience with any other Timmys, so I don't have any frame of reference to compare them against my current model. My question is what makes the Alias so great, in relationship to other timmy models?

Not looking for a verses discussion, really, but it seems like the Alias has an, almost, mythical aura around it when I talk to BL junkies. I would like to be, properly, indoctrinated.

it's not so much the alias as the Generation 3 of Timmys that has the aura about it. With its multiple body and frame styles and multitude of upgrades and swappable parts you could really make your own marker that's different than most others. there other stuff but that's what I like about them
