It's being blown way out of proportion. The Nissan is so small so many people can barely see it. The Porsche clearly made took a wide line to give the car some room. It made a quick pass but got a lot closer than it needed to be on that back side. The Porsche grabbed a bit of dirt/side berm and you could see him overcompensate.
In other words, they were both in the wrong. Probably a bit more on the Porsche, but can't entirely blame him for "purposely knocking the wing off the road" like Nissan is claiming.

I think the porsche got a little loose as you can see right before the impact he hits a bit of dirt. In no way any of that is on purpose, but he was supposed to maintain that line and he did not probably because the car got loose. |
