Help ! Need to move a Big Rig ASAP !!!!
So our only driver who opperates at this location ended up in the ER. We need to get this truck and trailer ( attached ) out of the loading bay before noon tomorrow . I need to drive it 3 miles 1 exit of the highway to our storage yard .
Boss wants me to do it because I'm the only one who can drive stick . Do you need to do something to get the air brakes off aka ready to drive ? It's an 18 speed . And no I dont have a Cdl but this needs to get done !

If you don't even know how to disengage the air brakes via the ****ing push/pull switch you shouldn't drive a loaded semi.  |

How do I get it in the second set of gears ? I was able to get the brakes off and move it forward a bit . Good news is its not loaded |

Plenty of youtube vids showing how to drive an 18 speed. Unloaded you should be able to just leave it in high and split gears if needed.

I looked at the YouTube videos and everyone had a different shift pattern .
I moved it just using the first 5 gears and didn't go over 20 . Left the flashers on .
