Ref Badges
I think there should be a ref badge for the refs of the leagues. I'm not a ref myself but i appreiciate them being out there all day with little to no breaks and in all the gear in the heat most of the times.

Never been a ref but couldn't they email a written confirmation they are reffing a event.
