Been playing in CT for decades, and I'd love to run a paintball field for a living.
There are reasons why I don't.
It's sad to say, I've seen all the paintball fields here in the State suffering from the economy. Several to the point I can imagine owners paying more to run it than they can make back as income.
There's only one I would consider trying to purchase, and that would be the business name only, not the property it sits on.

Unpaid help? That's about all fields can afford.
Most of the fields are being run by paintball players, not businessmen.
They may not all be Professionals, but they are trying to provide safe places to play.
From what I've seen in recent years, almost EVERY field in this State could use the help of volunteers. More importantly, they need the players. The ones who generate the income that allows a field to pay taxes, insurance, Refs...And still leave something left over for the Owner.
