Shame. Angels aren't exactly flooding the market. As previously mentioned, this has nothing to do with the anodizing process. This gun was stripped, ano'd, screwed up, stripped again and probably screwed up again. It took me 5 times to ano an strip a Spyder body before it would even start leaking. After about a dozen times it became too jacked to thread screws. It was all in practice for me, and after seeing what it takes to truly screw one up I would guess that they probably had to re-strip your Angel more than once.

Total twunts- never will I send even a scrap bit of aluminum to them. Terrible service. What if that had been a adrenalin feather lite or a dye LCD!! Muther****in heads would roll.

Sadly with the way I understand small claims; you have to sue in the state that the defendant lives. Your best bet is try to get this handled without the courts help.
Its pretty obvious they ruined the marker. I would continue correspondence with them demanding some type of restitution and outline in each letter the exact issues. It is best to do these letters in writing and certified mailing so that if it does come to court you have proof that you have tried multiple times to get this settled without wasting the courts time. Judges really tend to side with plaintiffs that do these types of things properly.

I have a friend that does small claims law. I will have to write up a letter. I travel to Jersey to visit family, so showing up for small claims court is an option.

A good thing to do would be to contact the Better Business Bureau.
Im not sure if because this is a "smaller company" they can not do anything to help but I would definately give it a shot.
I had sent a letter to another paintball company complaining about a product that I was satisfied with and said that if it was not resolved with said demands then I will be contacting the bureau... they sent me replacements right away

The Better Business Bureau can only help if Ballers Inc is a member. A company pays to be a member and they get some advertising and get to say they are a member.

God dammit Trancer the really ****ed up your Angel, really you should just takethem to small claims court and make them replace your Angel!!! the sad thing is I've done business with Ballers Inc before , I had them mill one of my autocockers but I never had anything anodize by them, now I think I never will thanks for the heads up!!!
