I'm having an issue with my OG quest...i've had problems since I've bought it...didn't have detents when it came...so I had to scour the earth to find some...now it has an internal psi of 300 and adjusting the lpr doesn't change it a bit...I can get the pressure down to 100 but it only shoots at 95 fps...where as to shoot 290 fps it jacks the pressure up...

The internal pressure is supposed to be anywhere 80 to 110 psi...I have two quests that work...I would just like my third baby to be okay as well...any ideas will be considered for sure...because I'm stumped.

There are 2 pressures that must be "balanced"
The high pressure and low pressure. Your gauge shows your low pressure. You prob already know this though.

Do you have a pressure tester for your hpr?
If so start there, set it at 225
Back the adjustment for the lpr out and start fresh.
Turn up the lp to 100 and chrono.

Sounds like your hp and lp is mixing inside the gun. Go over your bolt orings (see the sticky for which one exactly)

If the air mixes in the gun, it can lead to symptoms that sound a lot like what you are experiencing.
