Geez, and for $160 or so, it's almost tough to argue with one as a screw-around range gun. And, it's sure as hell better than the pistol someone can't afford to buy. I wouldn't give up my Para for a Hi Point, but I might pick one up eventually to give it a try. And they're US made to boot.

Cheap guns like expensive ammo. I would just spend the xtra 50 bucks and get a cz or makarov

High points feel like garbage, accurate up to about 10-15 feet, just cheap guns.
feels WAY WAY cheaper than a glock (i know glocks arn't cheap, but they feel cheap while holding them)

Yea, I've seen it. Just an FYI there is a gun shop in Greensburg selling mosins for $100 and czech makarovs for $80.
They had a big *** sign out front.
I can stop by later when I'm in town and see what's up.
