Should be available at your local Radio Shack or other hobby store (you don't necessarily have to get a holder for the precise number of AA's you need - you can use paperclips to bridge the empty cells if you get a larger one)
Cut your battery wires about halfway down where they will be easy to splice back together. Splice the plug end onto your AA battery holder. Fit your AA batteries into the holder and plug the test battery pack into the battery port on your board. See if the board boots up normally.
