swallowed marbalizer
i swallowed marbalizer today because i was yelling and got shot in the mouth and ive been coughing since and i threw up is that bad?

Yeah, or maybe Marballizer Poison Ivy. You're doomed to a slow, agonizing death of indigestion and extreme distention of the upper abdomen.
Seriously though, you'll be fine. Paintballs are FDA approved as non-toxic and completely edible. Not exactly a wonder-food, though...You'll be just fine. I ate a lot of paint today at the BCA event...same cause, I was yelling and got either splatter or a full-on mask shot.

I can assure you the FDA doesn't approve paintballs.
They are made of non-toxic materials, as indicated by their Material Safety Data Sheets.
Taste bad but won't hurt you - as long as you're wearing goggles.

Preliminary research has concluded that, while the FDA does not approve paintballs, they do regulate the materials that go into them (gelatin shell is the same material that's used with gelcap medication, etc).

Other than that, yes, look at the white sheet and figure out what's inside. Most of the time, it's an oil base, or glycol base, which is used in food all the time. Often, the bitter taste comes from the dye/pigment used to color the fill.
