DYE I4 (faulty lenses)

I have owned my I4 goggle for about a year now, but last weekend I let a friend borrow my lens and he pointed out that my lens was warped near the nose. Ever since then I cant stand the distortion and glare. I bought another lens off ebay (brand new) and after about a month it began to warp also. Im sick of this happening and me wasting my money so I went onto DYE Precisions website to get some customer support. I sent in multiple emails using the (contact us) explaining my problem but no replies were ever sent. I must have emailed 2 or 3 times with no response. I am very disappointed with the customer service that is offered by DYE and I have given up on buying more lenses for my I4 goggle since every one I have recieved was faulty. I hate this, not only am I disappointed with DYEs' customer support I am not able to use the mask that fits me the best.

P.S.
If there are any DYE reps. , please send me a pm or comment because I want to get this taken care of. I have a worthless $110.00 mask sitting in my closet at the moment and I'd like to be able to use it again.

You get glare from the top of the masks vents...

Have you tried covering the top vents???

I did the same thing, borrowed a buddy's mask (yes it was a white i4) and the vision out of the lens was like I was wearing glasses, just really odd.

When I look at my lens a certain way, I can see sort of distortion in it, but not when I'm looking through them when installed on the mask.
How do you store your mask/lens? Perhaps it is getting damaged?

you're not leaving the film on the inside of the lens, are you? I've never had an issue with lenses, "distorting"

I have the black mask. It is the lens on the inside that was warped. And no, I did not leave the protective film on.

I would upload a picture but I have taken a rifle to them since I never heard back from DYE.

I'm not even going to lie.

I just straight up don't believe you.

I've owned i4 lenses from 2009 runs, 2010 runs, 2011 runs, and 2012 runs. Two of my four other teammates use them, one of them has a few different lenses, all 2010 and onwards. I've seen ZERO issues with them other than the coating flaking. Either you're doing something wrong, or you're the only person who got two lenses from different batches that just happened to have the exact same defect.

Have you even gave dye a chance to respond? Or did you send those 2 or 3 emails in one day? Did you send it on a weekend? There are business hours, not to mention the LOADS of emails they probably get daily. Not trying to be rude. If you don't get a reply, calling always seems to work best with many situations now a days. People are busy. I seem to get through to people more on the phone and receive a more prompt reply. Just a suggestion.

Also, how do you clean your lense? Are you letting it soak in water? Or getting water in between the two lenses? This is really hard for me to believe. But if its a problem, its a problem.
