Ego 13?

I just got back into paintball, and looking for a high end marker and i like the ego because it's a poppet marker, and i'm lazy. lol so, with that being said, Does anybody know what planet eclipse's plans for a future ego marker?

They announced a while back that they will no longer be releasing new editions of the Ego and Geo lines every year, just either the same marker with some updates, or a completely redesigned marker.

Ego 13? you skipped Ego 12 doesn't even exist yet lol. Btw the new Ego's are now called EGO-S. Its just an Ego11. Don't think you'll see a new Ego till middle next season or even end of next season. The Ego 11 is already a top of the line Ego marker, not much to really improve on it.

You mean fact...it's what they're naming 11's now on the box, in the manual...there's a post where jack wood himself calls it an Ego S. It's not some fad or "agg" thing, it's a fact of planet eclipses own marketing since the ego 11 is no longer just a 2011 model...either accept it or start continue to fight it...the latter seems like a waste though.

Yes, it is an official name, but PE have never officially designated any marker which has been released as an "EgoS". So by calling any current gun by that name is therefore the definition of "Fallacy". I would bet any dollar amount the EgoS is a gun that will be released at Cup, and you can quote me on that. And dont give me some nonsense about the new user manuals saying EgoS in them, Thats just a way to save money on guns that have similar manuals.

Then the Ego S is 100% the same as the 11??? The manuals that have Ego S in them show guns that are just 11s... While I agree there will be a new ego soon, I don't understand why they would print EGO S on a manual with a EGO 11 in it...

This. When we took the Ego platform out of a yearly cycle, we dropped the year annotation and the Ego11 became the Ego-S.

marker to compete in a new market.
I know that they came out with the Etha tactical, but they need an EGO level marker in that segment.
By waiting until the beginning of next season for a release they gain 4 months to keep designing a new model instead of making one improvement and changing colors like some other high end companies

Like I posted in the PE Ego forums, when I called PE last week to make a order I was told there are NO MORE Ego 11/S in stock in any color and there no more coming in. SO, that tells me that maybe they will release a new Ego!

Yea if this is true then this is the first piece of real evidence that something will be released at cup by PE.

You didn't scroll down to the bottom of my post: there is a noticeably bigger gap between the unmilled gun's reg and frame and the regular ego 11. That body is NOT an unmilled 11.
