at the bottom of the pic with Dave Bains it lists the features. what is the 3rd one listed between Quick release and Airport? looks like Pac-man but can't make out the word/s next to it.

I honestly prefer the looks of the Reflex Rail better. It's got the same board, it's lighter, and shoots almost as good. DMs really need to improve or Dye needs to discontinue them and start making a new marker......

but regardless it's a entry-level gun not preferred for true tournament paintball. it has a plastic frame, plastic eye covers, and no LPR and like you said it shoots "almost as good".
why would dye discontinue the DM line? what else would they supply? why wouldn't the same be said about planet eclipse then

Because Eclipse has made innovative changes to their markers with adjustible solenoids for one example. What has Dye done with the DM in the past 5 years other than make it taller and cut some retarded windows in the body? The last Change I can recall was the removal of eye covers and addition of the eyepipes in 08. The DM is a smooth decent shooting marker but the fact that it is still lacking a board with a display and the use of cast aluminium bodies makes me laugh at their price tag. As its been said many times and I agree that the DM lost its edge after 06. |

News regarding the DM13. I was discussing today my friend knows a Dye Distributor who explained to him a little about the new DM. The bolt system has changed among other things to maximize efficiency, and it now gets over 12 pods plus a hopper. Think I just leaked a spoiler but I had to tell, couldn't keep it in.

Fixed. That would be a huge gain in efficiency for an annual refresh iteration.
Not bashing the DM's, but a 2.5 pod (350 shot) increase would be drastic and would need to cost something to gain. |

Lower volume typically means higher pressure and harder on paint, hence you're giving something up to get the extra 2.5 pods.
Hope you are right, and everyone loves the 13. I'll enjoy shooting something else this year though. |

I'm glad I'm not the only one that loved the nt and was hoping it
Would be a new nt. nt11..... That's a whole nother subject but the nt10 was legit and I personally am not a fan of dye at all so don't call me a fan boy(love luxes) but I think whatever the new nt they come out with will blow us away.... Or so I hope.
This reminds me of the year when PE didn't work that much on the 09 ego but brought out the geo becaus thats where all their efforts were
That's why I think the nt will be killer
