Ego 10 or Geo 2

Im in the market for a gun so i can get back into the game.. However im in a dilemma where i can either get a Ego 10 or Geo 2, thoughts? Also, im not 100% the difference between the two guns, besides the Geo being a Spool Valve.. So if anybody would kindly explain the differences for me, that would be fantastic.

Depends on how much paint you shoot.

Ego10 more air efficient and louder sound sig.

Geo2 smoother quieter shot at the cost of some air efficiency.

The Geo2 didn't give me the efficiency numbers I needed to play back without going to a larger tank. Something I was not willing to do. If your a front player or someone that dose not need to shoot alot of paint the GEO2 is a great marker. Now that the 3 is out prices have been dropping you can find good deals.

The EGO10 is a very reliable marker that allows you to shoot a ton of paint for the money tho I would save for an EGO11. They made a lot of changes with the Ego11 that make it that much nicer and worth the extra cash they bring. Add a DART kit and you will be amazed how well they shoot.

You cant go wrong with choosing anything PE. So your on the right track regardless of what you choose.

the geo2.1 has a vertical fitting for the the reg and the pops. thats really the only difference between the 2 and the 2.1. they shoot the same.
also idk what the ego10 is going for atm but if u could get that for a good price, for a back player i think it would be a better fit. but the geo is very reliable as well and u should be fine on air for the amount you say your shooting.

ego vs geo

The EGO is a far sexier gun than the GEO with better efficiency at the cost of a loader shot with a bit of recoil. The GEO has a much smoother and many feal a flatter shot at the cost of some efficiency. Both are incredibly easy to maintain and reliable. I prefer the GEO but to each there own. Best option find someone with one of each and give them a try and find out which you like best

I've dry fired both, and the geo impressed me the most.. Just te efficiency may be a little too much, went out to play and I found that I shoot much more than before...
