Man for me to even begin to give you an opinion we are going to need a lot more info from you.

Do you want efficiency? A smooth shot? What about reliability and ease of maintenance? Resale value? Do you like a compact gun or a more stretched out feel? Is good customer support important for you? Do you ramp or play semi most of the time? The questions can just keep rolling in.

Right now I own a Geo 3. Resale value really means nothing to me because I plan to keep my markers, Ease of maintenance isnt really that important I just get kind of sketched out when I have to rebuild regulators that are really complex. I think strong customer service is very important. I'm not that concerned in efficiency that much my field fills to 4500 all the time for free. I also looking for something that is brutal in reliability but has a smooth shot. I really dont favor poppet valves over spool valves. I mostly play PSP 12.5 ramp. I feel like I just described a Geo 3.....

Geo 3 minus the smooth shot. lol.

I have shot each of these so I will try to give as much info as possible.

Anyways, out of the gate I have to recommend the Clone GT because IMO it is the best high-end marker available and easily wins my vote.

Clone GT:
Smoothest/Quietest marker available behind the Luxe
Crazy efficient for a spool
Comfortable (to me at least)
Shift kit barrel (one of the best barrel kits I have used)
Pooty ( )
Complicated drive train but easy to maintain/service once learned
Good Customer Service and a great community on PBNation

Luxe 2.0:
Smoothest Shot of any marker
Talking board (love/hate)
Long (uncomfortable?)
Pooty ( )
Long list of upgrades
Good Customer Service and good community on PBNation
Terrible efficiency
Not too much difference between the versions (1.0, 1.5, 2.0)

Machine Vapor:
Very similar shot to Luxe
Unique/Weird barrel kit
Multiple colors available
Pretty good Customer Service
Way overpriced IMO

Ego 11:
Roughest/Loudest shot obviously (poppet)
By far best efficiency (poppet)
Dummy proof (PE)
Very durable (PE)
Best Customer Support (PE)

If I were buying:

CLone GT
Ego 11
Luxe 2.0
Machine Vapor

Let me know if you have any more questions or would like for me to elaborate on anything.

If your buying new or used and plan on keeping it
1. Luxe 2.0
2. Geo3
3. Ego (wait till something else comes out)

I would not recommend the gt- to heavy.yes it went macro less. But over all doesnt feel good shooting, smoothness is good but overl it's not all that.
Between your list vapor is an ok marker but the lp system was not my thing.
I had plenty of egos and Csl but highly recommend the dart bolt!!!
It all comes down on the future owner. All are high end markers and will do the work. Plain and simple.

I have heard people say the vapor is by far the smoothest.even before it is broken in it will shoot better than a broken in luxe. However luxe board is better (if like the voice thing ) the vapor will also get a hopper when the world cup rolls around. Not downing the luxe but according to my gun tech a luxe is a fancy shocker.
I do respect the luxe I have a few friends who own them awesome gun but I think the vapor for that extra 100$ is worth it.(plus u get unique gun swag with the vapor which is priceless). And machine customer service is boss I have worked with them.

Doesn't feel good shooting TO YOU. I know of many many people who would disagree with you on that. And about the weight. I personally find the weight perfect.

The Luxe is a fancy shocker. It was developed by Smart Parts before they went out of business. That said, shockers are great and so is the Luxe. Not my first pick though.

New gun as in something different from a GT or would you consider another new GT?

The luxe was right from day 1, innovative from the start. Blatant copies still haven't done it better.

I've tested and owned every high end marker from luxe2.0 to vapor to gt to Csl, plus put them on a scale. Gt was the heaviest from all, luxe is smooth but a air hog.
When you add paint and tank I rather have a smooth marker and let it be light to move out quicker.
Plus a thread is going on and it all depends on the customer.
From my opinion I would rate the luxe then ego/Csl, vapor then gt

Im considering a GT again just for the fact i had one i know how to work on them I read promods Vapor tuning guide and I about passed out due to the sheer amount of information he threw at me. Those markers seem RIDICULOUSLY complex for 1600 dollars.

I would get another GT but that is just me. You can always add Pooty mods to it to make it sexier.
