Yes.... Except my friends are actually big people, and can deadlift/squat/bench over 225 all day.
A guy I know writes a pretty angry and funny crossfit blog.... Sexyas****.org. The dude is not someone you want to **** with.

Dear Diary,

Finished school today, got a 98 on my Women's Studies midterm. Purchased some new socks for crossfit, as well as a new pair of shorts and a headband.

At crossfit practice we did B22 Spirit Bombers, and THEN we did some ****ing m16's while we ran javelins between the intermittent periods. Finished it off with a m249 saw, sr21 black birds and set of Springfield m1903's.

Crossfit hurts so good, it's like cracked to my body. I gained 2.17 pounds this month and grew. 03 inches. So glad I'm getting these huge gains and getting BIG.

Current Stats: 5'7.63" and 146.35 pounds

Overall it was a good day, thanks diary!

P.S. The only easy day was yesterday

Seriously though, crossfit is stupid as ****. It's not a new idea and its for people who really just don't understand fitness. If your goal is to perform at least. If you just need something to do, **** it, dgaf.

School holds me down and gives it up the you know where. I haven't lifted consistently in about 1.5 years now and havent been to a gym since this summer. I could probably still deadlift 405 without thinking about it.

Dear ****ing diary,

I took the god damn underpinning off my double wide so we can move it today. It was cold as balls outside and I spilled ****ing oil on my good god damn boots. ****ing pissed about that...

I ate 4 ****ing hot dogs, a bag of chips, some French fries, 2 stuffed peppers, a bowl of mashed potatoes, some Texas toast, and 2 god damn brownies and a bowl of banana pudding

I took a massive ****s around 3:30.

I topped the scale at 250 today, and im still a solid 6'3" **** yeah *****s

My dad, played a means prank on me involving some oil being poured on my heads, that son of a *****

Also, 50 pounds of rice for 2$ *****es

.....can you tell I don't weightlift much?

A group of guys on my deployment were doing crossfit and weightlifting, since we couldn't run on our patrol base. They were doing max reps of 225 (bench) one day... 20 was the small number, 35 was the max reps. Compare that to the NFL combine, and I think it's pretty good (these guys weren't huge like linemen).

515 is a pretty good DL, Angus is a lot smaller than me. My best was 595 but I did not really ever train the DL very hard. I only did it twice a month max.

My foot is coming a long fairly well, so I will try to start lifting heavy again soon. Going to suck, I'm rapidly getting weak on chest as I try to recover from whatever I strained a few weeks ago. I still should probably see a specialist about my ankle. It does not hurt anymore, but its still a bit swollen and feels a bit weak.
