Im in the Military and I hate playing in the pants. But if you can find the combat pants wich have knee pads included then they are great. Also if not the only pants I can stand by honestly are the Valken V-Tac Zulu pants. Marpat colored preferably. By the way Valken has a discount on the ACU patern rights now. Chek it out!

Just my two cents -

Those types of pants, the ones with the built in
kee pads might be fine for a while, or for when
you're playing on a speedball field, but they're
not designed to hold up when you're slid into
rocks. Tear the outer layer and they look like
garbage. Better to purchase a good pair of
knee pads and save your pants.

As dorsai said it... the best thing for woodsball is to use military grade camos or BDUs. I have several pairs just for woodsball and they work really well in the heat. For some fields, like Oklahoma D-Day, the terrain is really rough and speedball pants might not stand up to the jagged rocks that lay all over the place. Some military camo pants and hard shell knee pads are perfect for that situation.

What i have is a big vest so for shirts i like to use MILSPEC combat shirts... a cotton shirt with the sleeves of the jackets. For pants i try to get the issue pants. A good manufacturer is Propper. Also when people say bdu's theyre talking the old style pants that have button cargo pants and -2 pockets... the new ones have 8 pockets, velcro, elastic draw strings on the cargo pockets, etc... durable, light, cool

Another vote for the Valken Zulu's here. Very rugged and comfy. (Careful on the sizing, though. A medium fits me when a large is right with BDU pants.)
