From my experience as long as you keep your dwell stock and your drivetrain lubed well it will perform as It's supposed to regardless of the temp. You will start to see problems if your dwell is at 9 or tuned down. I use lurker lube and haven't seen any problems. The coldest weather I've played in is ~40 degrees F.
