at the moment im using a ninja 48/3000. if i remove some shims from the tank regulator to lower the pressure from the stock 800psi (i believe its around 800, i may be wrong) would doing this have a benefit to air efficiency?. i heard the etha can run on medium to high pressure.

You can lower your pressure to as low as 450 and the Etha will work fine but any lower and you will have problems. im not sure if lowering the pressure from the tank will help.
