Is it just me or is it hard to get this mask to tighten up properly?

I have a big head as well.

Any people have this issue? I can tighten my profiler up no problem.

The straps on them are HUGE I had to get rid of them because they kept falling off. The strap just doesn't stay tight at all.

I had the same problem. You can get them to go tight if you thread one of the plastic tabs for adjusting the strap through the hole in the soft ears. Then you just adjust the strap lenth with the other tab. Works perfect for me. I do this on both my eflex and my events.

never actually done it myself, my head is so stupid large that these straps fit me haha. It appears to not be too difficult at all though.

Ill have to take a look at it then..haha and I thought I had a large head. Usually things fit my head well, but these dont.

What I did was buy a camo red empire strap from ans (smaller than stock eflex strap but not by much), then purchased a KM 7in (smaller strap) and used that for a double strap. works great! or you can use one or the other. Both work
