New o-ringed delrin bolt
New valve
Polish the hammer
Are you still shooting @300fps or do you need to adjust the regulator?

If you're looking for efficiency, don't go low pressure. It will make your gun much more consistent and quiet though. You could also otter-mod the valve stem to make it recock easier.

Your regulator's output pressure is not high enough to function on an unmodded spyder. Spyder's typically run at ~800 factory stock. Newer spyders may run at lower pressures, but they typically already have a regulator included.
