Thank you guys for your interest and comments. Any and all help. My name is George Apodaca and I am a representative of ATV Games 4x4. We have taken the necessary precautions to make sure ATV Games 4x4 is as safe and enjoyable as possible.

Will be waiting to read the thread over a 12 year that gets ran over.
Other then that nice looking field.
We have been running private events as a part of a test phase for the past year and most of the video footage is from those past events where this was in it's building stages. We have since changed many of the ATV safety precautions including using both approved paintball safety masks and approved DOT safety helmets while operating the ATV's.

The ATV's are governed and driven by trained ATV Games 4x4 employees. The reason for the barrels on top of the ATV is for scoring purposes. There is absolutely no engaging on the ATV occupants. Meaning, no shooting at the gunner or driver. I understand there are accidental/stray shots that will eventually hit the driver/gunner, so we have implemented rules and regulations for these situations. We have also added netting around the driver to minimize the possibility of the driver being marked in the goggles.
The videos & photos were taken in the beginning stages of developing this game and they are solely to get the word out there. I can assure you that not only have our safety precautions evolved but the game has as well. We are adding new tracks, props and an overall better experience for all customers. I will be glad to address anymore questions or concerns you might have. Again, on behalf of ATV Games 4x4 I want to thank you guys for any and all comments.
