Exclamation Read This !!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just wanted to inform ANYONE that lives in LASALLE ONTARIO. that the police came to my house and said it was illegal to shoot a paintball gun in all of LASALLE and then they said to my friends that we could. so i went to the police station and they said we could. then they came to my house and said we could not and showed us the bylaw.

SO ANYONE THAT LIVE IN LASALLE ONTARIO dont fire your paintball gun BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE IT.

I don't think so sparkles, I live in wethersfield, ct and police have already came to my house before warning me not to shoot the paintball gun again or it would be confascated.. who knows

its illegal to discharge a fire arm within city limits. pretty much any state. (with the exception of target ranges) now it comes down to what your definition of *firearm* is........

if you check the classification of firearm it specifies using explosions and powder to drive and i havent *** accross a pball gun that does that. there was a law that was going to classify paintball guns as firearms but it was ruled out.

actually the classification of firearms in canada mainly rests on muzzle velocity and ballistics. Since paintball markers shoot under 500 fps then they are not classified as firearms. Just think if they did it would have to be registered, you would have to get a PAL (new version of FAC) and permits. PLust be over 18, plus no record, plus notplaywith it within city limits, plus follow all the transportation rules and regs.

Also think of it this way if paintball markers become firearms the liberals will take them all away because under the law they are all too short, no stocks (without being removeable) and barrels not over 18" (without being removeable).
